Writer and researcher born in Santiago de Chile, but has lived in Mexico City practically her entire life. She has a PhD in Contemporary Art (UNAM), she is interested in addressing the current notion of nature, the archive and memorabilia, the implications of the image in the new media, gender, identity, alterity and otherness.

A university professor, she has contributed to numerous massive and specialized magazines, art catalogs, and compilations. She is the author of a novel and an essay book credited with the National Prize for Essay in Photography (2016-2017). Creator of the @imperrfectas podcast, she is about to finish her second novel.
